Tom Nixon is an Alaskan landscape painter and teacher of Watercolor and Drawing, living in Fairbanks, Alaska.
Nelda Nixon, his wife and partner, is also a watercolor painter.
They enjoy teaching, both indoors and outside en plein air.
The Alaskan scenery, locations, artifacts and people are a constant source of joy and inspiration for their art.
With a studio in the backyard and their ‘Paint Mobile’ (a.k.a. "Harvey the RV"), they paint nearly everyday.
